Considerate and professional whilst remaining friendly and informative.
Typical of the treatment received at the practice.
A little hiccup with booking in system the alertness of a staff member the problem was rectified.

The doctor listened, examined, explained, advised. prescribed. all good.
Had to wait 10-15 mins - but not a problem for me as I was not hurried either.
